        𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐲’𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲’𝐬 & 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨:
All pedigree’s are sent via Email after the rabbit is picked up, or arrived with you after transport. i do not send out paper copies as those are easily lost, stolen, or damaged. I have a closed rabbitry. I do not allow people in my rabbitry for the health of my rabbits & safety of my family.  I will meet you at a public location for you to pick up. Rabbits are healthy at time of sale. I typically let my babies go when they are 8-10 weeks or older. While i do not knowingly sell any sick rabbits please remember they are live animals. Rabbits are very sensitive animals. Change in environment, traveling, loud noises, anything that can cause or bring stress to a small prey animal can cause failure with their immune systems. 🌹Price for my bunny’s starts at $150 & can go up to $450. This is based off of color, coat quality, and more. The average is $250. I only breed high quality animals, if you’re looking for something low quality/cheap, look elsewhere.

🌹I currently only breed quality pedigreed English Angora’s, (Lionheads coming late 2024.) and moving towards full face English angora’s only. I think they look like living teddy bears! 
🌹All of my rabbits are happy & healthy. No rabbit will leave my care if I believe there is an issue including but not limited to: temperament issues, health issues, injuries, and more. I do not keep, sell or breed mean animals. No rabbit with temperament, health or injuries will leave my Rabbitry. 
🌹NO rabbit under the age of 8wks will leave my Rabbitry. All bunnies must be 8wks or older before leaving to their new homes or hopping onto transport. 
🌹I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. 
🌹I can only hold a bunny if I receive a deposit.   all payments are non-refundable unless the rabbit you have paid for passes or becomes injured in MY care. If you are putting down deposits make sure your rabbit is paid for 2 weeks before transport picks up your rabbit. I will not be chasing people down for payments any longer. Payments through PayPal must be through friends & family only. I now also have Venmo, payments are only accepted through friends and family. Again ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. It’s your own choice to cancel buying the rabbit. I put a lot of effort into these animals. when someone puts a deposit down or pays for their rabbit, it is taken down from my website and no longer available on my page. So it takes away from the time they need to find homes, plus we have to potentially turn away potential new homes & families interested once the rabbit is on deposit. It takes away cage space here as well. So again NO REFUNDS unless I authorize it. 
🌸   Returns:I do allow returns. If you are looking for a refund, you will need to return the rabbit to be evaluated by me. All of my rabbits are handled from birth, exposed to dogs, kids, teens, adults. If you believe the rabbit has behavioral issues, it needs to be returned to me and evaluated before anything can be done. If I find the rabbit has been mistreated in anyway, no refund & you will not be allowed to swap or adopt anything from me in the future. I do not adopt out my animals or sell any animals with illness. I cannot guarantee their health after leaving my Rabbitry, at time of pick up look over the rabbit. If the rabbit was on transport, the transporter looks over the animal and no unhealthy animal is allowed onto transport. I unfortunately cannot guarantee the health of the animal after the stress of travel. 
🌹All Payments are due a 2 weeks before transport comes to pick up your rabbit. If you do not pay the rest of your rabbit’s price after a reminder is given, and I do not get a response from you within 1 week the rabbit will not hop onto transport & will be available again. 
🌹 If a rabbit is posted with (NFS) or (RESERVED.) the rabbit is not available.
🌹All of my rabbits are sold on a first come first serve basis. I cannot and will not hold rabbits without payment.
🌹TransportIt is the buyers job to set up and organize transport. I will not pay transport for you, and I will not chase you down for the transporters payment as it is the buyers job to handle it! I will offer help where I can. I can guarantee healthy rabbits at time of pick up, no rabbit leaves me unhealthy or any known issues. BUT I cannot guarantee the health of the rabbit after transport. It is very stressful on them especially traveling long distances. Transports do through exams and checks before they’re allowed to hop on. If they’re found with any signs of illness the rabbit is turned away. So, if you receive an ill rabbit over transport, contact the transporter. I unfortunately cannot guarantee health once they’ve left my Rabbitry and hopped onto transport. If no signs of illness or issues present themselves within 12-24 hours after leaving my care I cannot refund, or discount anything.
🌹pick up’sIf a rabbit is left in my care longer than the agreed upon time, which is usually the month of purchase. If it’s a local pick up I expect the rabbit to stay no longer than 2 wks. I’m usually very flexible and can hold a rabbit for longer especially for transport. I charge boarding if the rabbit isn’t picked up in a timely manner. It is $50 a month for the rabbit to stay here. Payment is due the first of every month. If you fail to pay boarding, you are not actively looking for transport, and do not answer my messages about getting transport or about your payments. I will not refund you, the rabbit will become available again.
All of the policy’s above apply to every single buyer regardless if you’ve read them or not.
